Lovely couple that run this authentic Indo eatery. Attentive, without asking offered share plates, more cold water & even beaut complimentary syrupy dessert, which the owner asked whether we want more after we finished. Slightly pricey mains, but somewhat unique & tasty. Ketoprak (rice vermicelli with peanut sauce) was refreshing & cooling to balance the spicy elements of the meals. If we come back to this area we'd order the gado gado, soto ayam & tahu telor next time. If you are more budget conscious, would be good value to order chicken pieces & rices separately.

We have had lunch special often. Love the food. A little secret for auckland. Food is sooo good!!! We had the lamb Rohan Josh and chicken tikka masala tonight. Generous portions. Lot of meats. Lovely spice taste. Not too strong. The chef and his son are so friendly. Only a small table to sit at inside so takeaway only is best. I recommend this place 100%. My mum loves the noodle dish too. I haven’t tried it yet. Next time.

We come here mainly for the fried foods. Fried duck is always amazing, crispy and soft. The BBQ Chicken (Ayam Panyet) is also very nice. I have tried other foods but these two are the best so far. The staff are always friendly. It's rather challenging finding halal duck. If you're in the area, try the fried duck and the BBQ chicken, I'm sure you'll enjoy them! Pricing is reasonable.

I really enjoyed the Yellow rice with Beef rendang, Tempe vegie and Anchovy peanut. The place is simple, with friendly staffs. Price is reasonable which is around $18 per meal. I will be back and thank you!
