Food quality good, chef was very friendly and courteous. Service could have been better by boys taking order and serving food but overall good. Good venue for small gathering, located close to Joondalup shopping centre behind Kulcha restaurant.

We have been going to this restaurant for years, the owner/ head chef cooks amazing South Indian dishes and others as well. The flavors are too good… it’s a hidden gem in Joondalup as owner doesn’t promote it much but please go visit, the flavours are unmatched. Recommend- masala or plain dosas ( thin savory crepes) with lentil curry and chutneys. Idli vadai (rice cakes and fried savory donut with same type of curry (too good). Love their Chicken biriyani too!

Personally i'd have to give Kabalason a 5 the food is some of the best i've ever had, the service is just amazing from their family business. And don't even get me started on the atmosphere it is just incredible would really recommend, heard to be that some times they're not open although when you are there and get lucky you're in for a treat. And with closing in on 2 decades of being open i'd put this on my Joondalup feast list. You definitely should too.👍🏾
