Order Food in herne-hill

Typical cafe food to be found here. The service was chaotic. I paid for a glass of wine and didn't receive it for while everyone around the table got their drinks. Only when asked, I was told that wine was sold out. Then when I swapped the wine order to a cup of coffee, I was told I would get a refund for the difference. The partial refund did not come and again I had to remind them after waiting for awhile.

Fresh food, friendly and helpful service at very reasonable prices. Good selection of vegan options.

Combo meat roll was how best to say ok. Butter and some more pate would have nice. But worth the $8 ask for no chilli got it anyway. Rice paper roll was very tasty.. fresh was good

One of the last fine Chinese restaurants with tablecloths, beautiful mural and pictures on the walls, muted lighting and grand rosewood dining furniture. Service was brisk and attentive. Delicious food with a good wine list. It was a pleasant Saturday drive from Perth to Midland, considering we were a bit apprehensive when the proposition was made. Turned out to be a lovely evening indeed. Sadly we were so taken with the place that we neglected to the photos.

Good, over all, tried seafood basket. Service 5/5 - fast and friendly Quality 5/5 - fresh and thick fillet Portion 4/5 - need to charge $0.5-1 more and double the current chips portion Price 4.5/5 - pretty standard I’d say quality-wise the best fish & chips in the neighbourhood, highly recommend
