I've lived in Coomera, in and around Fins on Finnegan for about 10 years now. I've seen the area and its community grow, I've seen Fins on Finnegan go through a few owners and I can't believe I've never left a well deserved review for this small business and their respective operators. Well, today's the day. I usually order a piece of Barramundi and a serve of chips and they are usually generous sizes when I get my order, sometimes if they are small pieces they've been nice enough to give me two piece. I also usually order the basic Burger combo with chips a drink (usually Pasito or Passiona) which is ice cold every time, even with Uber eats delivery. Today being fathers days, I order something a little more wholesome, a burger w/ the lot. Even after letting the burger to sit for a couple of minutes while I savor and enjoy the most perfectly cooked chips I've ever had from there, I finally unfurled the wrapper on my huge burger with the lot. That's a thick home style beef patty, bacon, egg (well done, but not dry), caramelized onions, slices tomato, slice of cheddar cheese(I think, liquid gold right there), shredded lettuce and the only sauce that should ever go on a Burger, BBQ sauce all on a toasted burger roll. What can I say, it was bloody delicious. One of the best meals I've ever had from Fins on Finnegan. They have really put some love in the food they deliver. Anyone giving this little independent take-away a bad wrap, take a look at yourselves. This ain't a Michelin star restaurant, its take-away burger, Fish and chip shop. Just take your food back and ask them to do better and they most-likely will.
