Great fish and chip shop in Melton served by friendly staff; great choice for a family night in Ive had a look at some of the reviews here and, from my perspective, some are very unfair. I think context is important - this is a fish and chip shop, not a restaurant The staff that served us were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious - well seasoned, well battered and good servings For a run-of-the-mill fish and chip shop, I'd put this in the category of one of the better ones available - worth the visit

I used to come here 10 years ago with different owners for the best burgers in town. I was happy to find tonight that even with new owners, the burgers are still the best in town.
