quote The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

quote Holy crap. I am a birria taco connoisseur and this is by far the best place I’ve been to in Perth. Imagine your classic street food tacos (oily and delicious broth) well this place was it. The staff were friendly and although it was quiet the atmosphere had great potential. I would highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back!!

quote Very fresh! Delicious! We ordered fried chicken, sunset sushi, eel sushi, salmon sushi, fried noodles, beef rice and eel rice. All the dishes are delicious. But I didn’t eat the biggest sashimi platter. The waiter said it needed to be reserved one day before. I‘ll book in advance and come back next time!

quote We visited The Lounge on James after high recommendations for the steak sandwich. While my specific panini was unfortunately a little soggy, everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food, with the chicken burger getting great reviews. The standout feature here is the delicious coffee and excellent desserts. We're definitely planning to return for breakfast, as the menu looks fantastic. It's worth a visit, even if only for the coffee!
