The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

Walked to this sushi shop and ordered Asaka Bento Lunch Special ($18.50). The combo includes teriyaki chicken, 2 pieces of fried chicken, 1 piece of fried fish and one fried prawn. Love the salad with mayonnaise dressing and the crunchy yellow pickles. Worth the money. Delicious food with affordable price! Will come back again.

Nice little tokyo vibes shop. Always busy. Meals is good. Tip top fast service. $13.80 for small lunch bento set. Have been back twice 🙂
Love a teriyaki chicken and the takoyaki sticks
ZUU.
Asaka Sushi is a worth visiting Japanese restaurant for anyone who loves Sushi, Bento box, Don, Ramen, and Udon. Located near St. George Terrace right in the heart of Perth CBD, this little restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home.
I had the opportunity to try their salmon bento box for dinner, and it was simply amazing. The salmon was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. The sauce for the salmon is awesome. The bento box also complemented with two pieces of orange. The drawback is that the bento box does not come together with miso soup else it will be perfect. The presentation of the bento box as seen in the photos was also impressive and made the meal even more enjoyable.
However, the Teriyaki Beef box is average as the meat is a bit tough.
We ordered a pot of tea as it is surprising good. It has a bit of mint flavour that complement the main meals.
The customer service at Asaka Sushi was excellent, with the counter lady being friendly and attentive to customers' needs.
The prices were reasonable for a Japanese restaurant located in the city. The restaurant is a bit small as well as the tables and chairs. However, the ambient is cosy and comfortable.
I am satisfied with the Salmon Bento Box and might try the sushi, ramen or udon in my next visit.
Overall, I highly recommend Asaka Sushi for anyone looking for a great Japanese dining experience in Perth.
