Small store near the roundabout. Had spicy and non spicy char kuey teow. The spicy one really had a kick. If you can tolerate spice, it brings out more of the ckt flavour. Seafood version was good. Decent portion. Noodles had good wok hei flavour but were a bit wet and also little bit on the expensive side. Still its one of the decent ckts in town.
Prawn paste chicken is to die for! Hard working family.
Loved the char kuey teow here, as others have mentioned, great spice level and with enough "wok hei". The mui fan/man fan is also amazing! All in all, great food for a great price! Make sure you book a table for dinner as it can get quite busy in the evenings.
Authentic Singaporean tastes. Portions are good, friendly service. One of the few places in Adelaide where you can taste the elusive "wok hei" aka 'breath of the wok' on the fried noodles, the hallmark of a good cook.
Absolutely excellent! we order mee goreng w extra spicy and char kuey teow w extra spicy! Both tasted Malaysian spicy level, it feel syok! Kids have kid special fried rice which having 'wok hei'! Potong icecream is a must as well!
Definitely will come back for the spicy!
