All due respect but Şiş Kebab shouldn’t be treated like Doner Kebab! Why serve with lettuce!?
Dürüm Şiş Kebap is a classic one and best served with finely chopped tomato, onion and parsley, like the tabouli without the cracked wheat!
So, mine delivered soggy and the bread was stuck to the paper, not just a bit, one whole side was spoiled by lettuce! Had to remove the bread and placed the rest on a plate to save it!
And one other thing, my colleague, she felt in love with Iskender Kebab when tried first time (even though it is not a proper one, no disrespect intended) she says, the size has changed as well as the presentation!

Wow I’m in actual shock, the food here is actually so delicious, each food has its own different unique taste, couldn’t fault any of the food it’s all deliciously made . The fish was grilled and tasted amazing
