Sushi Galore

I phoned the restaurant at 12:30 pm to make a booking and my call was answered promptly on the second ring. The staff member was polite, confirmed my dietary preferences, and explained the lunch specials clearly. On arrival at 12:55 pm we were greeted within a few seconds of entering. The host smiled, confirmed our reservation, and guided us to a clean, well lit table by the window. Menus were presented immediately, and water was poured without needing to ask. The decor was fresh and contemporary, and I noticed the kitchen was tidy and well organised. Toilets were checked mid meal and found to be clean, well stocked & free of odours. Our server explained the menu confidently, highlighting signature dishes and answering questions about ingredients. Orders were taken at 1:05 pm and entrees arrived within 10 minutes, mains within 15 minutes. Food quality was excellent: ingredients were fresh, temperatures appropriate, and presentation attractive. Staff checked in once during the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory without being intrusive. When we asked for the bill, it arrived within two minutes and payment was processed quickly. As we left, staff thanked us sincerely and wished us a good afternoon. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional and welcoming. Areas for improvement: background music volume was slightly high near the bar, making conversation difficult at times. Otherwise, service, cleanliness and food quality were consistently strong.

$21 for a pork ramen bowl The amount of pork in the picture was literally all that was in the bowl… maybe call it a vegetable ramen with 2 slices of pork. Usually really enjoy this place but this was a big disappointment

I always have a craving for a sushi and I used to go to the place opposite, but wow. These 3 sushi rolls blew me away and I’ve now got my new local sushi place. Sashimi was incredible and service as amazing. I will be back!

Found this cozy little place walking down the street and was amazed at the quality they give! Chicken bento portion was perfect for me. Tempura was nice and crispy, and the fried chicken was perfectly seasoned - better than some fast food chains ngl! My vegetarian mom ordered the teriyaki tofu don, and I had a taste myself. The teriyaki sauce seasons it so well, one of the best tofu dishes I've tried. Definitely making this place a regular

A hidden gem! The sashimi was incredibly fresh, the aburi salmon was a flavor explosion, the beef teppanyaki was perfectly sizzled, and the gyoza noodles were a delightful surprise. Friendly staff and an unforgettable dining experience. If you're looking for authentic flavors and great portions, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
