Mansaf is a traditional Jordanian dish, made of slow cooked lamb in a dried yogurt sauce made from goats and sheep's milk (traditionally known as "Jameed"), served with rice garnished with nuts and chopped parsley.
A half chicken served on top of rice, cooked with a mixture of traditional and aromatic Arabic spices garnished with green chilli, parsley and potatoes, served with Tzatziki and Chilli Mandi sauce on the side.
