Punjabi

Distinctively Punjabi cuisine is known for its rich, buttery flavours along with the extensive vegetarian and meat dishes. Main dishes include sarhon da saag and makki di roti. Karrhi is a spicy, yellow gravy with cakes made of chickpea flour, containing lemon juice, red pepper and turmeric. It is commonly served with rice or naan. Basmati rice is the indigenous variety of Punjab, and various meat- and vegetable-based rice dishes have been developed using it.

quote Nice to order food from a takeaway shop where they take pride in what they serve. Lovely people and service. We live an hour away and stopped for something to eat before the drive home. Well worth it and will be back. Highly recommend the spaghetti pizza!

quote This is old school service, great prices and great food. We were blown away by how lovely the staff were and equally happy with the quality. We ordered 2 x kids cheeseburger meals and one steak sw to share, plus a dim sim. Everything was delicious but they forgot the dimsim. It was no worries though as we decided to eat in the Cafe. To remedy the mistake they gave us 2x dim Sims instead of the 1 we initially ordered. If you are in the area definitely pay this place a visit. Amazing!!

quote Food is on the pricey side. The taste is average. I don't think it is worth to visit unless you are just in the area and need quick meals for lunch/dinner. The very reason why it is is 3 stars instead of 2 is because of the keropok lekor. I really can taste the fish, and the sauce taste authentic too. Probably the claim from Terengganu is true, but I don't know. :) A plate of this is about RM 4.5.

quote Had lunch buffet ( All you can eat) Tuesday to Sunday. $19.90/person. Plenty of option in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian categories. Along with curries, you will have two types of rice( yellow and white), nan, samosa, and papdum. You can also order from menu if you are after specific curry or food for extra cost. Taste is good. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend for lunch if you are in town.

quote Fish, pizza and calamari are good. We just disappointed with the chips. We ordered large chips as kids usually love it and ended up in the bin. Plain taste and not crunchy. This shop has a lot of takeaway as we can see. Other good thing is easy parking on the street.
