**A fantastic new gem – Amber Spice!** We had an amazing experience at **Amber Spice** and are so happy to see this wonderful Indian restaurant open. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The **Papdi Chaat** was perfectly balanced and fresh, the **Chilli Paneer** had just the right kick, and the **Prawn Malabar Curry** was rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. The **Dal Makhani** was creamy, comforting, and tasted like it had been slow-cooked with love. Beyond the food, the **service was outstanding**—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the passion behind this place.
