Me and my young family shared a snapper and $6 British chips and it was plenty for the 4 of us. The tribe loved it. I’ve been on the hunt for decent chips in Australia and I have to say these chips were spot on, reminded me of home. Thanks for the great feed. We’ll definitely be back! Had scraps thrown in too to top it off. Salt and vinegar, proper job!

My husband and I went on a hunt to find the best fish and chips around town - we tried a lot but stopped our search when we found The Chippy. Now we’ve been getting the same order every fortnight for over a year. The fish is always evenly battered, never over oily, the chips are perfect (we get British) and the serving size is just right. 10/10! 🐟 🍟

First time trying this fish and chip shop tonight. An absolute delight. The “British style” hand cut chips are without doubt the best chips I have had in a very long time. The fish was a decent piece and cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you for a lovely dinner 👍

We've been a few times purely because they do fresh chips as well as the frozen fries (fish and fries shop?) that people seem to like. It's great to have the choice! (Edit to the below, we've been a few more times and it's been great. Upped to 4 star)but the fresh cut chips are dry, I don't know how they do it but they are so dry. Par cooked a week in advance? I don't know but the last time they were inedible. A shame really as it could be great. Fish is always nice, fishcakes nice but the chips ....
