A lovely Japanese sushi place at Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley. The shop is at the corner of a lane, a bit tricky to find the place.
I ordered the grilled salmon sushi which is good. Overall the taste is good and price us reasonable. Customers can create their own sushi which is a great idea.
The staff are friendly and service is fast. The restaurant has an unique Japanese cartoon decoration. Tables and chairs seem to be around for quite some time.

It was fairly average. The sashimi didn't taste fresh and the sushi rice was too soft and mushy. There are better places for sushi in the area.

despite rice was too soft for sushi (a bit overcooked rice) and size of slice was too big tofor one bite. the roll itself was not hold well to keep the shap in end pieces. overall taste was good and very filling. We had prawn katu roll small , softshell crab roll large and tuna&samon sashimi roll large. it was well enough for 2people. Service was quick also.

Delicious katsu chicken and karaage chicken. Side salad was abit sad 😂 a couple of lettuce leaves and one slice of cucumber, not worth including/ wasting the plastic container for in my opinion.

First time to here, hadn't planned it but basically stumbled across this place while looking for something to eat before a show at the Astor theatre.
Food was amazing, loved "the make your own sushi roll" concept but the katsu sambo was the bomb, absolutely delicious! Looks like our new go to spot before a show! Will definitely be back!
