Milanos

My relative recently celebrated his 93rd birthday at Milano's. He usually has an ok appetite, but he polished off a large plate garlic prawns & spaghetti. I had the lamb and it was excellent. A big thank you to the chef and staff. This is my second time having a meal at the restaurant and both times the food was fantastic.

April 2025 We returned and definitely the food and services were improved and better. Amazing food and great service. 23 Jan 2025 Maybe they had a change of management or leadership?? We went back tonight, and we were surprised. Our meals were on time and super delicious. The guy forgot my drink though, we had to ask for it, after he served my partner's drink, he just forgot mine. But overall, tonight was better than the last time. Hence, I've given them better review and extra stars. Much better! Keep being consistent! ___________ We were immensely surprised to see so many varieties of dishes being offered. The ambience is also very pleasing. We enjoyed checking it out, and we would surely come back and try other dishes. The service is a little disappointing. The lady seems rushing. I understand it is busy. And that is the business. Expect to be busy and not a reason to slack on your services. The lady took our orders. I asked for surf and turf scotch fillet and seafood paella. She repeated our orders and said scotch fillet. I reiterated surf and turf. She was about to leave, so I asked my partner how he wanted his steak. He said medium. Our orders arrived. He had just the steak. No prawns. We were hungry and ate it. Plus, we had an entree earlier, so we thought there was no need for prawns. When we paid our bills, we confirmed she only charged us with scotch fillet. No apologies for the surf and turf. I also asked for a mocktail as I'm allergic to alcohol. I ordered virgin mojito. It came out as tall glass of lemonade with some syrup and lots of green mint. There is no single slice of lemon or lime. The above can be improved for sure. Overall, it is not a bad dinner. The food was cooked well and tasty.

Staff very attentive and friendly, one staff smile at me when I come in that’s a good sign of good staff in a restaurant. Not wait long as I expected. Food is yummy looking.

Great restaurant in Melville shopping center. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the BBQ seafood platter and Calamari. The pizza that were being served on other tables looked delicious. So will definitely be trying that next time. Service is attentive however you do have to go to till to order and pay.

Time: Lunch Order: Entre: Chilli Mussels (entre) Mains: Scotch Fillet & Carbonara Service: We were served quickly. Always asked how we are doing and greeted us as we enter d resto. Did not wait too long and very polite and friendly staff. I would imagine this place is packed during dinner, as food is great, so might be a bit different to what we have experienced. Very clean and presentable. Can improve more in table arrangement. Food: Chilli Mussels - The sauce was really good and the Mussels with the sauce taste good. Portion of all meals were really good. Just right. Soctch Fillet - Loved the meal. Itwas cooked perfect. Every bite is tender and u van feel d juice coming out with flavor. Carbonara - Pasta was really good and the flavor taste fantastic. We loved our experience and happy to go back here and maybe experience dinner.
