We were immensely surprised to see so many varieties of dishes being offered. The ambience is also very pleasing. We enjoyed checking it out and we would surely come back and try other dishes.
The service is a little disappointing. The lady seems rushing. I understand it is busy. And that is the business. Expect to be busy and not a reason to slack on your services. The lady took our orders. I asked for surf and turf scotch fillet and seafood paella. She repeated our orders and said scotch fillet. I reiterated surf and turf. She was about to leave so I asked my partner how he wants his steak. He said medium.
Our orders arrived. He had just the steak. No prawns. We were hungry and eaten it. Plus we had an entrees earlier so we thought no need for prawns. When we paid our bills we confirmed she only charged us with scotch fillet. No apologies for the surf and turf.
I also asked for mocktail as I'm allergic to alcohol. I ordered virgin mojito. It came out as tall glass of lemonade with some syrup and lots of green mint. No single slice of lemon or lime.
The above can be improved for sure. Overall, it is not bad dinner. Food was cooked well and tasty.

Lovely big portions. I had the seafood marinara and my son had the meat lovers pizza.
Usually servings are pretty small but we are really happy. Had to pack 2 pieces of pizza for takeaway. Lovely place. Highly recommend!

I have been to Milanos a few times with the family. It has a good atmosphere, although tonight felt a bit squished in. Great that hawaains has the playground outside that is close to milanos. We went for our 5pm booking as their are young kids in the family. One of the waiters already had bad BO and stood quite a while next to me while taking the orders and repeating them back to us. The last couple of times I got the prawn and scallop ravioli but tonight I got the marinara. My various family members got the surf and turf, chilli prawns, seafood salad, barramundi fish special, prosciutto pizza and garlic prawns, every one enjoyed their meals. The kids had the kid pizzas, nuggets and chips, butter noodles and chips and they all at most their meals. My sister was a bit disappointed with her drink - she asked for a coke zero but got a Pepsi Max (but wasn't told they do Pepsi instead of coke when ordering) and that it was very watered down and tasted funky like it was the last of the mix.
Duck is delicious
Kita Sugg
A popular restaurant that serves a good selection of meals. The quality is very good and the quantity is also on par for the price.

Great dining experience with the family. They have several choices of pasta dishes aside of course, from their signature pizzas. Popular pizza parlour in this area. Playground for the kids is a plus factor. Friendly staff and quick service. Servings is big enough for sharing. They also have yummy desserts. Nice place to chill with families and friends.
