Lime Thai Express

This place is amazing. Me and my family go here every Saturday, and the owners love us. I had the pad thai, and as I am an expert in bean sprout production in north-south east Asia, I would know when I taste a good bean sprout. It had a delectable outer coating with a nice crunchy, soft, buttery inside. It reminds me of my late grandfather, who passed away due to his prostate exam at 3:47 pm Wednesday the 18th of August 2001 (it was extremely rainy and humid) Before he passed, he taught me how to spot a good bean sprout. He would have been very impressed with the quality of the bean sprout. But anyway, the food is amazing, and seriously, I recommend you go here, bring your whole family and get some lovely Thai food. it is one of the most authentic places I have ever eaten at. go support a local business.

Words can not express my feelings towards the food served at this establishment. When I took the first bite of that Vietnamese roll, I felt as if I had ascended to a higher place. The roll itself was at the perfect level of crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The staff could not have been nicer, they took my order with care and made sure it was given to me at the highest standard. If I could choose to eat at any location in the world, it would be at Lime Thai Express.

Let me set the scene: I walked into Lime Thai with a hunger that could only be described as “emotional.” Not just stomach-hungry — soul-hungry. Ever since my dear mother passed away (she was a fiery woman, taken too soon in what we now refer to as "the Great Gang Violence Incident of 2018"), I’ve been on a quest to find something spicy enough to match her energy. Enter the Drunken Noodles. The first bite hit me like a round of warning shots outside a liquor store — hot, unexpected, and oddly exhilarating. Halfway through the plate, my eyes started watering — but not from the spice. I swear I heard her voice: "Don’t wimp out now, I didn’t raise no flavorless fool!" That’s when I knew this wasn’t just food. It was therapy, spiritual healing, and possibly an out-of-body experience all in one convenient takeout container. The staff were friendly, the decor tastefully lime-green (shocking but sincere), and the iced Thai tea was strong enough to wash down both the heat and the emotional baggage I brought in. Final verdict? Lime Thai Express didn’t just feed me — it brought me closer to closure. And probably closer to needing a nap. Or a séance. P.S. Mom always said, “If it ain’t spicy enough to make you cry, it ain’t real Thai.” Well, Mom — I cried. Mission accomplished.
