Not much of an atmosphere the couple of times we have sat in but we did go early evening. Great food at reasonable prices. We like to get the special fried rice and beef black bean. The special fried rice is great with lots of big slices of pork (5cm by 2cm generally) rather than the the stuff you get at golden gate which is the size of something you would pick out of your teeth.
