
Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood and meats. Traditional Korean meals are named for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, gochujang and napa cabbage.

Awesome place. Good ppl. And volcanoes for days! Do get some other food from time to time but the Karaage volcano is just an insane yummo meal. I dream of it. Cheers
