Wanted Vietnamese food and was looking around the applecross area. Nice little place on busy canning hwy. Got to say the food is pretty nice.
The pho was tasty and the combination pork chop rice got to say has been a while since I got one that had so much different types of meat on it. 😋 The Vietnamese coffee was strong 💪🏽 which was good. The only complaint was that the noodle in the pho was overcooked and the broken rice was as well. Other then that it was an enjoyable meal 🍽️

Delish Pho & BMT is a hidden gem nestled conveniently just across the road from home, making it my usual Saturday brunch destination.
I keep finding myself drawn back to this little culinary oasis because every bite and sip transports me back to the bustling markets and aromatic streets of Vietnam. The Bahn Mi is a work of art, a perfect fusion of crunchy, chewy, and downright delicious. And don't even get me started on the Vietnamese coffee - it's like a caffeinated hug that whispers, "Relax, you're on holiday." but then I wake and realise I’m just in Applecross 🤭
This place has mastered the art of bringing the flavors of Vietnam to my doorstep, and for that, they deserve a solid four stars.🤩 If you're longing for a taste of travel without the baggage fees, look no further than this gem of a spot in Applecross!

Very tasty Bahn Mi’s!
The pork was cooked to perfection, the crackling was super crunchy and delish!
The filling was also super nice, the pickles they used had a bit of a different flavour then I’m used to for Bahn Mi’s but was still extremely tasty and a good change that’s for sure.
Went down perfectly with an iced coffee.
Will definitely be returning to trying other items on the menu.

Discovered this little gem by accident during summer time of 2023 and has not stopped coming here since. We probably come by once or twice a month to get our pho fix. Their pho taste very authentic, not too salty but hearty, the noodles are of perfect texture as well. I usually get the pho combination for $15, trust me it will fill you up. Their bahn mi is also phenomenal but I dont think they do them on Saturdays or Sundays or must be a lunch menu as whenever we go there, which is during dinner time its always sold out. So if you're after banh mi maybe dont go during night time. I have also tried their pork chop rice, also $15, very filling and taste very authentic.
I cannot fault this place and would 100% recommend to anyone. The place is really tiny though, so I will suggest calling ahead first and booking a table as they are known to turn customers away as they just do not have the space. So to avoid disappointment make sure to book ahead.
