A1 Sushi

This is easily one of my most favourite reviews I have ever done. Nestled away in the Hokin street shops in Safety bay / Waikiki where many have tried to become successful ,this little Sushi takeaway and dine in shop is a must have for anyone that really appreciates the opportunity to eat beautiful Japanese food for a very modest price. Run by a very warm and passionate husband and wife team (Husband being the chef) you just feel the love and passion they have feeding their customers with their amazing Japanese cuisine. I could keep going on about how good this place is but all I can say is let the photos do the talking and do yourself a favour and give it a go. You will not be disappointed I recommend the Karaagi cold noodles as a must have Good luck to the lovely owners .I cannot recommend this amazing eatery enough

The food here is very fresh and tasty. Serving very fast even though quite a few customers and Uber drivers are waiting. Price is very reasonable with bigger potion than other shops. Highly recommended.

Consistently the best Sashimi and Bento; I've been here 5 times now. The first time I visited, I had maybe the best salmon Sashimi I ever had. Thinking it was lucky, I came back again... It was just as good. The sashimi is fresh, clean, prepared well While their menu isn't large, it's not at all a detraction because everything that is served here is made exceptionally well for the price point. The two person team running the venue clearly have a passion for their food. The Teriyaki Salmon, and chicken Katsu are simply just high quality Japanese food; at food court prices. It's almost unreasonable how consistently good the food is here, it rivals $100+ per head Japanese restaurants, just without the bells and whistles. The 5 star rating is real, as are the other reviews. Don't let it hidden away out the back of Safety Bay stop you from visiting. It's worth it.

Sensational sushi, so fresh and well made! I ordered a pack of the inside-out California sushi a pack of normal California sushi, both were absolutely delicious! A big thank you to Sherman for her wonderful customer service, she is so welcoming and always has a lovely smile :-) The prices are reasonable and is definitely worth a visit!
